Last year, Governor John Kasich did something no other Ohio governor had done in modern times --- he delivered his annual state-of-the-state address somewhere besides the state capitol building in Columbus. He gave the speech a hundred miles away in Steubenville. Now, it’s clear the governor wants to do a repeat performance, in another place far away from the capital. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has the details, just released, about this year’s state-of-the-state.
