For the past seven years, students in poorly performing Ohio public schools have been eligible for vouchers, so they could transfer to private schools. For the coming school year this fall, it appears that poorly-performing schools outside the Cleveland Municipal School District will number more than 200. (Cleveland runs a separate voucher program, which wasn't counted in this report.) Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has more.
