Former Gov. Ted Strickland Won’t Challenge Kasich in 2014

Ever since he was defeated in his reelection bid two years ago, former Gov. Ted Strickland has been mentioned as a possible candidate for governor in 2014. But now, Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports Strickland says he won't throw his hat into the ring after all.
