Tattoos aren't just the realm of the rebel or a form of art...they can also be useful to medicine. Medical tattoos--that's the topic of our Tuesday Checkup. Anne Glausser spoke with Evelyn Theiss from The Plain Dealer about her article in the health section of today's paper.
