Newspaper Guild Okays Contract With Plain Dealer

Members of the Northeast Ohio Newspaper Guild have okayed a deal with the Plain Dealer that cushions the blow of layoffs, due to come in the newsroom, next year. ideastream's David C. Barnett reports the agreement offers some security in a rapidly changing business.
