Ohio’s top elections official says he will appeal a federal judge’s order about how provisional ballots with errors should be counted in last week’s election. Whatever the final ruling is, it probably won’t impact the outcome of Ohio’s presidential election. But, as Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, it could impact just how strong a control that majority Republicans will have in the legislature.
