These days many people find themselves caring for children and aging parents, some with dementia or Alzheimer's. This nearly nonstop care-giving can take a toll on even the strongest. How to avoid burnout...that's the topic of our Tuesday Checkup. Ideastream's Anne Glausser spoke with Ellen Jan Kleinerman about her article in the Plain Dealer.
