Download MP3This Friday, Ohio becomes the 39th state to outlaw texting while driving. Legislators passed the measure in the spring, and the new law is ready to take effect. The Ohio law will impact adult drivers and teen drivers differently. Today, statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen begins a 2-part series. Today's report focuses on what the law will mean for adults.
