Download MP3Governor John Kasich has just signed the Lake Erie Water Withdrawal bill into law, which sets limits for how much water businesses may siphon from the lake and surrounding streams. The limits are averaged over a 90-day period. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports on the passage of this bill.
