Have you had any "senior moments" lately; even if you are no where near senior age? Forgetfulness happens to everyone occasionally, but a new study says there are ways we can defeat the problem of not remembering. Ideastream's Rick Jackson spoke with Ellen Jan Kleinerman of the Plain Dealer for our weekly Tuesday Check Up.
The interview looks at why we forget, whether some people better at remembering than others, and whether it is possible to change functions of the brain.
Also discussed is the difference between short and long term memory.
Doctors indicate certain relaxation techniques can help regain memory control.
