Democrats are deep in the minority in the Ohio House of Representatives. But --- that's not stopping them from unveiling a long list of priorities. Their TOP one involves helping Ohio cities and schools reverse employee layoffs….but, as statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, the Democrats aren't likely to get their way.
