Proposed Law Would Protect the Unemployed from Employment Discrimination

Democrats in the Ohio Senate say there's a new form of unfair discrimination going on…and they want to outlaw it. It involves employers who'd rather not interview unemployed people for job openings. Business advocates say government should think twice before intervening. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has both sides of the story.
