For the past week ideastream has been looking at the baby boom generation in a series called Middle Aging. The multimedia series has explored health issues affecting people 45-65. We conclude now with this question: when do our bodies reach their peak? Rob Truax is a sports medicine and family physician at University Hospitals. He tells ideastream's Eric Wellman most people reach their peak long before middle age.
