Download MP3The Centers For Disease Control and Prevention has been crunching the numbers and found that the death rate in the United States is declining and life expectancy is up. But when you dig deeper into those figures and look at race and wealth, disparities emerge. Health reporter Angela Townsend has been looking into these numbers for the Plain Dealer. She spoke with ideastream's Eric Wellman.
