A new organization is coming together in northeast Ohio to help deal with the tens of thousands of vacant properties left in the wake of the foreclosure crisis. Former Cuyahoga County Treasurer Jim Rokakis is joining forces with the Western Reserve Land Conservancy to create the Thriving Communities Institute. He spoke with ideastream's Eric Wellman.
