Ohio Elections Commission Questions “Tax Increase” Claim

Ever since last year, when Ohio legislators went along with Democratic Governor Ted Strickland and voted to delay a 4.2 per cent cut in the state income tax, some Republicans, including candidate-for-governor John Kasich, have been labeling the move "a tax INCREASE." The Ohio Elections Commission is hinting there may be a problem with the accusation that's now heard in campaign ads. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
