That plan to link Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati with passenger trains appears to be side-tracked in the Ohio legislature, mostly due to skepticism from Republicans. That's one reason that Ohio transportation officials tried to use a national conference of railroad supply companies in Columbus today as an argument FOR the 3-C project.
