Single Parent Households Reaching New Highs

Download MP3More than a third of all Ohio children are now living in single-parent households....a big reason for poverty. That's one of the findings of the latest survey from the Annie E. Casey Foundation. Ohio Public Radio's Bill Cohen has details.
