FEMA Denies Aid To Tornado-Stricken Northwest Ohio

The storms claimed six lives, destroyed 45 structures, and damaged 119 more. In an interview with Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles, Governor Ted Strickland says he's appealing the Federal Emergecy Management Agency's (FEMA's) decision not to declare that part of Ohio a federal disaster area.
