Ever since last December when Republicans in the Ohio House of Representatives introduced a bill to phase out the state income tax, it's been clear that majority Democrats hated the idea. But now, it's finally official --- the bill is DEAD. It will stay where it is, in a legislative committee, without coming to a floor vote in the House. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
