Download MP3The unemployment rate for people over 55 is lower than people who are younger. But older workers who do lose their jobs tend to have a harder time finding work. In response, the AARP is sponsoring a career fair today at the I-X Center. Deborah Russell is the AARP's director of workforce issues.
