House Leaders Reflect On 2009, And Look Ahead

The front lines of the December budget battle were in the state Senate and the governor's office, since the House had passed the governor's budget fix in October. But there was still plenty of politics and controversy in the House in 2009. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler sat down with the House Leaders, Democrat Armond Budish and Republican William Batchelder, to consider the year just passed, and what might be in store for 2010.
