Cavs Acquire Shaquille O’Neal

Download MP3The Cavs made some big acquisitions yesterday. They picked up some future talent in the NBA draft, but the biggest by far is the news that Shaquille O'Neal will be coming to Cleveland. At age 37, Shaq is past his prime, but he's coming off a successful season in Phoenix and the Cavs have their fingers crossed that he can be a major contributor here. Mary Schmitt Boyer covers the Cavs for the Plain Dealer. She spoke with ideastream®'s Eric Wellman.
