Last Friday came the news that Ohio's official unemployment rate had shot up to 10.2%, the highest rate in 25 years. Now, officials have released a county-by-county breakdown, and it shows some big differences in the jobs picture across the state. Details from statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen.
