More than 10,000 applications have poured into the Web site the state set up to parcel out more than $8 billion it will get from the federal stimulus package. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler talked to some of the Ohioans who have submitted applications, which range from expensive to cheap, and serious to silly.
