Strickland Issues Final Version of Budget

Download MP3Now that Governor Strickland knows exactly how much to expect from the federal stimulus package, he's finally put out the official version of his two-year budget. Now thousands of businesses, cities and other organizations are flooding the state with requests for federal money. Karen Kasler reports from Columbus.
