Governor Ted Strickland took more than a hour today yesterday to deliver his third annual state-of-the-state address to legislators. Among other things, he proposed ways to fill a projected 7.3 billion dollar shortfall in the upcoming state budget. Statehouse correspondents Bill Cohen and Karen Kasler report now on the speech and the reaction.
