As Ohio Governor Ted Strickland, a Democrat, gets ready to deliver his yearly State-of-the-State address, he's being given all sorts of advice. It's coming from state legislators and from advocacy groups on both sides of the political spectrum. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has some examples.
