The 10th Congressional District, which stretches from Bay Village to Parma to Garfield Heights and parts of Cleveland, is not a district most analysts list as "in play" on election day.

Democrat Dennis Kucinich has held the seat for a decade and is widely considered “safe” for re-election, but he did have a tough primary race and his Republican opponent, Jim Trakas, believes the worsening economy may give him an edge.

WKSU’s Kevin Niedermier filed this report for Ohio Public Radio.
