Police Learn Techniques to Work With Mentally Ill

Ohio has just passed a milestone, training more than 3 thousand police officers how to deal with people who have mental illnesses. Law enforcement and judicial officials say the special training not only helps people in need, but also makes the streets safer for police. Ohio Public Radio's Bill Cohen reports.
