Overcrowding in Hospital Emergency Departments

Hospitals in Greater Cleveland are grappling with crowded emergency departments. The Centers for Disease Control estimates that about half of the hospitals in the U.S. are dealing with overcrowding in their ED's. Signs point to the problem getting worse down the road.
