Quitting Smoking By Learning "Lung Age"

Researchers in England found that a simple discussion about breathing can be a powerful tool to get patients to quit smoking. A study published this month in the British journal BMJ found that patients who were told their "lung age" were twice as likely to quit as those who were not given that information. Dr. Gaylee McCracken is an internist at University Hospitals.
