On Fridays we talk about the regional economy in a segment we're calling Upside/Downside...a weekly conversation about positive and negative developments affecting the economy of Northeast Ohio and we're using it as a chance to get to know business leaders in the region. This week our guest is attorney and former NFL player for the Cincinnati Bengals, Jonathan Holifield. He is the new president of the Urban League of Greater Cleveland. The Urban League is the oldest and largest Civil Rights organization in the country.
