Cleveland’s Talkin’ Serial, Season 3, Episode 9

It’s the final episode of Serial season three, and we return to Joshua, the teenager who is left in limbo in Ohio Department of Youth Services custody. Eventually, Joshua is bound over to the adult system, which, it turns out – he prefers.

This week’s panel includes Plain Dealer reporter Rachel Dissell and criminal defense attorney Andrea Whitaker.
