Government restructuring in Cuyahoga County could be a symbol of change to come all over Ohio. The Ohio Commission on Local Government Reform and Collaboration recommends reining in tax abatements, establishing incentives for local governments to collaborate and encouraging communities to share tax revenues. We’ve heard some of this before. We’ll ask members of the commission why they think the seeds of change will take root this time.
