From time to time we talk about regional cooperation. It's a term that's used a lot in the context of taxes here in Northeast Ohio. But this week we got word of another regional agreement - that between Bio-Enterprise of Cleveland and the Pittsburgh Life Sciences Greenhouse. More than 700 people gathered at Cleveland's Intercontinental Hotel for the announcement. Among them, Scott Roulston, managing partner at Fairport Asset Management.
