Keno will soon be opening in a bar or restaurant near you, in an effort to plug a hole in the state budget. Ohio is offering free college degrees for veterans from around the country. But it's not just a gesture of generosity. And a state lawmaker has a proposal to handle problems created by pit bulls - ban the breed entirely. But critics growl that it's basically dog discrimination, and won't do anything.
