Men over 40 years of age - this message is for you. Men are the kings of hiding their health problems or ignoring them, hoping they will eventually just go away. One of those problems that can lead to serious medical complications is prostate cancer. Eight in ten men will eventually develop an enlarged prostate and one in ten men will go further and develop prostate cancer. These statistics are not looking good for men out there, so what can you do to help yourself? Well, here are some tips on prevention for prostate cancer:

• Screening
• Eat Healthy Foods
• Exercise & Avoid Obesity
• Sleep
• Reduce Stress
• Avoid Smoke & Smoking
• Clean Your Environment
• Support From Relationships
