New Branding for Cleveland and a Judge in Trouble

Cleveland gets rebranded - again. Will Clevelanders respond, and tourists flock to "this is Cleveland"? An area judge loses her criminal cases as she's investigated for inappropriate behavior. Doug Prade gets tossed back in jail not long after his release. And a look at who benefits from the state budget. Plus, a look at the future of bugs as food and As the March 31st enrollment deadline approaches to sign up for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act, a lot of attention is focused on the so-called "Young Invincibles," people between the ages of 18 to 34. Since young people are generally in good health, their participation is necessary to balance out the cost of insuring older, sicker people.
