Unlikely Weapon to Combat Heroin Overdose

Heroin addiction is an epidemic in Northeast Ohio. In Cuyahoga County alone, there are more deaths caused by over-dosing on heroin than any other drug, according to the Ohio Department of Health. Reducing the number of addicts who overdose on heroin is a top priority that now has an unlikely weapon… a nasal spray. Health intern Kara Riccardi has the details.
