It’s no secret that getting older can be tough. Various forms of exercise classes and workout routines can aid us in staying healthy and fit, but living well as we age takes work. Associate Producer Lauren Payden spoke with a few seniors who are living and moving well in their "Golden" years. They offered some of their sage advice and secrets on how to look and feel great as we get older.

The need for information about health has never been greater. ideastream is responding to this need by undertaking an ongoing health programming initiative.
