Of all industry sectors, healthcare jobs will grow the fastest according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics in February 2012. In fact, healthcare and social assistance will see an increase in 5.6 million jobs over the next decade. Between 2010 and 2020, healthcare support occupations will grow 34.5 percent and healthcare practitioners and technical occupations will rise 25.9 percent.
