Bobby Selvaggio, Ohio Light Opera and Charlie Haden Dee Perry welcomes local saxophonist Bobby Selvaggio, accompanied by a pianist, bassist and drummer, into our Key Bank studio for a live performance. Plus, find out what the Ohio Light Opera has in store and later, we listen back on one of Dee's conversations with the late Charlie Haden.

Additional Information

The Ohio Light Opera still has a lot of shows planned through August 9th. Hear what Artistic Director Steven Daigle has to say about what the theatre is looking forward to during the rest of the season.

Charlie Haden, legendary jazz artist, passed away Friday at age 76; Dee Perry shares an interview with the late musician.  Listen to Dee’s full 2010 conversation with Charlie here.

Cleveland Jazz Musician Bobby Selvaggio and the rest of his quartet just released a new album, Short Stories, published by Origin Records, and they join us live in studio to give us a taste of what the 7th album is all about.
