Mary Bridget Davies, a Cleveland native, earned her nomination for her role in‘A Night with Janis Joplin.’

Sutton Foster was nominated for her role in the musical ‘Violet.’

Idina Menzel is nominated for her performance in the new musical‘If/Then.’

All three women are nominated for “Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Musical” at this year’s Tony Awards, which will air Sunday, June 8 at 8 p.m.
