Hank Phillipi Ryan, Garth Fagan and Xavier Rudd The national President of “Sisters in Crime,” writer Hank Phillipi Ryan describes how her career as investigative reporter has proven invaluable in her work as a mystery crime writer. Plus, Tony Award winning choreographer Garth Fagan shares stories about working on the hit musical “The Lion King”….and we share a Key Bank Studio performance from Australian based singer/songwriter Xavier Rudd.

Hank Phillipi Ryan comes to the Beachwood branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library 25501 Shaker Blvd, for afternoon of panels and talks dedicated to the mystery genre on Sunday July 14 from 1:30 to 4:30 pm.

Garth Fagan provided the original choreography for “The Lion King.” The show plays Playhouse Square’s Palace Theatre July 9th through August 4th, 2013. 

Xavier Rudd performs at the Beachland Ballroom on Wednesday July 10th, 2013 at 8 PM.
