We go inside Tri-C’s brand-new Culinary Arts Institute on Public Square, and we focus on a new urban farm that’s planted itself next door to the West Side market. And we’ll meet the chefs who are leading the charge in the local food movement by serving food from Ohio farms which is healthier and a tastier way of eating.
