Dee Perry gets an update from Cleveland City Councilman Jay Westbrook about the city's Music Venue Admissions Tax, as local concert clubs host a series of conscious-raising concerts this weekend. Plus we meet NPR's favorite Cleveland band - Herzog - which recently received the "Song of the Year" stamp of approval from All Songs Considered. And we hear from the acclaimed stars of the new Ensemble Theater production about New Orleans - 'Lower Ninth.'
