Dee Perry welcomes acclaimed writer John Thorndike to discuss the story of his new memoir The Last of His Mind, about losing his father to Alzheimer's, prior to his appearance at Mac's Backs Paperbacks. Plus, we dig into the archives for an interview with Anisfield Wolf Book Award winner Junot Diaz, whose novel The Brief and Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao is the Cuyahoga County Public Library's February book club choice. And, we hear about the international inspirations happening at Cleveland Public Theater and Spaces Gallery thanks to the Cleveland Foundation's Creative Fusion program.
